As a certified strength and conditioning trainer and also a Nutrition and weight management adviser, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. Ranging from different level of fitness background. This helps me to analyse and target your specific goals, I also offer sports specifics training for athletes to help them be at the peak of their sports.
I provide nutrition and weight management advise for my clients. By analysing your food diary, I will be able to recommend a healthy eating habit life style to you based on your target goal, either loosing weight or bulking up.

My strength and conditioning programs has been helping athletes, such as badminton players, footballers, rugby players and olympic lifting. This training style is sports specific in nature, by using the movement pattern of your sport I will develop a program that will get you to the top of your fitness level.
