What I Do

Get Motivated

As a certified strength and conditioning trainer and also a Nutrition and weight management adviser, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. Ranging from different level of fitness background. This helps me to analyse and target your specific goals, I also offer sports specifics training for athletes to help them be at the peak of their sports. 
I  provide nutrition and weight management advise for my clients. By analysing your food diary, I will be able to recommend a healthy eating habit life style to you based on your target goal, either loosing weight or bulking up.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Strength+Power+Strength endurance+Power endurance= Great Athleticism. 
My strength and conditioning programs has been helping  athletes, such as badminton players, footballers, rugby players and olympic lifting.  This training style is sports specific in nature, by using the movement pattern of your sport I will develop a program that will get you to the top of your fitness level.

With my busy work schedule, I have always found it hard to motivate myself to go to the gym and improve on my fitness. Ever since training with Olu, I now look forward to coming to the gym and would make the time for it in the evenings. His sessions are so varied and fun!! I can already feel myself getting fitter and stronger every week. Always great to start a tough training session with a trainer who is always smiling!
